This healthy egg salad is a high protein, low-carb salad that’s enjoyable any day of the week.
Ingredients:
- 8 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbs mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sriracha
- Paprica to taste
What to do:
- Cook your hard-boiled eggs.
- Next, peel and chop the eggs into small, bite-sized pieces and place them into a large bowl.
