Baked Asparagus with Parmesan
Prep time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- asparagus
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, less or more
- black pepper
- 1/2 cup loosely packed shredded or grated parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep the asparagus: Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, Parmesan: Arrange the asparagus spears on a foil-lined baking sheet and coat with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and the Parmesan.
- Bake at 200°C until the cheese begins to brown, about 8-10 minutes.
