90-Second Almond Keto Bread

Ingredients: 

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, whisk the egg and melted butter.
  2. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder and salt until a smooth, lump-free batter forms.
  3. Grease your mug or bowl (or use cooking spray), pour in the mixture, and microwave on high for 90 seconds.
  4. Let it cool slightly, then remove and slice like bread.
