Eating & Meal Tips

For these meal plans to be effective and give you great results, one needs to follow as is and refrain from substituting. 

  • You are more than welcome to swap meals around on the same day.
  • If time is a problem, try pre-cooking your meals in advance so you can just heat up and eat when hungry. 
  • Remember to drink 1.5-2L of water per day. 
  • Great tip - start your day with a glass of lukewarm/hot water.
  • Recommended to use the menu plans in conjunction with the Omega 3,6 & 9 capsules, as well as the drops.

Weight loss tips to get you started

1. Weigh in regularly (best way to see if what you are doing is working for you)

2. Eat more protein & reduce carbs to 1-2 daily

3. Aim for 2 x fruit (include Pineapple) & 2-3 vegies daily

4. Drink 1.5 - 2 litres water daily

5. Eat out less often

6. Eat every 2½ - 3 hours to reduce hunger pangs

7. Sprinkle cinnamon onto cereal, yoghurt and fruit

8. Add hot spices/chillies to meals to help raise your metabolism

9. Have 1 or 2 cups green tea daily
